When our e-bike wouldnt charge the second time support was very helpful and sent us a new charger at no charge- that was the issue and its working like new again!

Bought this for my 5 year old son knowing it was a little advanced for him. After he saw one of our neighbors riding it, he has been riding it daily ever since. In my opinion, it is a great speed, not too fast but fast enough to make it enjoyable. Kids as old as 10 have also enjoyed it. I'm not sure of the range but we have taken it on a 1 mile loop with no problems.

We purchased this reluctantly thinking it would be difficult for our 8 & 10 year old daughter would have difficulty riding, boy were we wrong. They enjoyed it so much we ordered a second unit. Only flaw was that I cannot link to their App to lock the units and control the speed. Charging is a breeze and the units run well over the advertised time. I would recommend these for little ones.

It was very nice to have 3 speeds so we could start them out slow to get comfortable. In just a few days they are now on setting 2 and 3. The light show at night is very nice. Perfect gift for 7 year olds.

Very easy operation for my Granddaughters, 12 and 9 yearolds. We live in a rural development with very little traffic so they have a safe and fun place to ride them. They appear to be going fast which concerned me at first but they are very good riders and they appear to be safe. Grandma and Grandpa are happy to provide them with so much fun!
