Smooth ride and speed

This has been a game changer. I prefer to stand and don't use the seat. Now others are getting their own cause I'm not sharing mine lol The speed is definitely better than most E-bikes

Well built E-bike and great customer service

I received my h5 yesterday and it was packaged very well and I will say it is well built and sturdy. I noticed an issue with the battery and I contacted customer support and they are sending me a new battery immediately. So far my experience has been great even though there is an issue with the battery.

Beautiful and Well Built Electric E-bike

?Item arrived much faster than I expected! I was surprised how beautiful this unit is in person, loved the red details!
Pretty much no assembly required. It took me about 10min to get it ready; all you have to do is tight some screws.

It has lights all around: Front and rear light, break light and turn signal lights. And also comes with an electric horn (you can hear it in my video).
It is pretty cool that it needs a key to start, and it has a nice LCD display with odometer, speedometer, and other functions.

This electric E-bike is very quiet, has a confortable and big seat, and 3 speed modes.
I was able to get speeds up to 16 miles/hr.
You can adjust the seat and handle height with easy.
It took me less than a minute to be able to fold and unfold the E-bike.

This E-bike is well built with heavy duty metals. All parts seems to be well made. The latch comes with an extra security pin, which made me feel safer riding it.

Overall, I give 5 stars for the fast delivery, beautiful and modern design, all the needed and wanted features, and for how confortable it is to ride.
I know that this is a great brand, and their machines are built to last.
