It arrived pretty much assembled and everything felt well made. Sturdy built E-bike which is powerful enough and not super heavy to bring along. Folds in half and clips for easy carry. Adjustable speed and clear display that is not overcomplicated. Plenty of power to carry around a 200lb male at very good speed and going up the hill! Three modes - Eco, Drive (D), and Sport (S). Frankly, it is too fast for me in "S" mode so I usually have it on D. Very comfortable with shock absorbers and honeycomb tires - so you feel fewer bumps. Light and turn signals built in and pretty bright. I have had it for almost a year now and it has been working very well for rides around neighborhood. My teenage kids use it as well and they love it. It held up very well and battery hasn't lost capacity.

This motor is not 500 w, I have a 500 w motor on my heavy steel e-fat bike and it goes twice as fast as this. Could not unlock the speed on the app, it says it saved but would not go above 15mph, even with a 60lb kid on it. Otherwise this is a great E-bike, saves me a ton of money on gas.

Purchased this E-bike on a whim to have a fun way of transportation. When I assembled my E-bike, it was found to be missing screws for handle bars and the charging component was missing. This was a huge disappointment for me at the time. I addressed my concerns straight to EVERCROSS customer service through their chat, and I must say, I was very impressed and appreciative. They are sending me replacement parts. Thus is why I am giving them 5 stars!

I absolutely love this E-bike. I can get to my classes on campus a lot quicker and more efficiently now.
